Although I personally quite confident in the ESG top-up deal, I do understand that there are uncertainties as HGO is no longer an active player in the T/O game.
The likely events that HGO may miss the the top-up, as many people have discussed, include:
1. Narrabri assest (PEL 238 etc.) sales only;
2. Narrabri JV only;
3. ESG T/O completes after 18months.
