Kaliningrad

I don't see, visibly anyway, anybody talking about this today.
I can remember the tension during the days of the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Kaliningrad is as close as that was to a nuclear war.
Putin is not a human being like Kruschev was. He's just a ruthless tyrant and would have no compunction about sending a low level nuclear strike on somewhere in Western Europe.
Now is the time to be worried.
