Yes I have read them....multiple times....I had 2 years to read them and study the JV agreement, which by the way clearly states that pe rights exist in a transfer, share sale ect ect but FAR lost arbitration. Go to resource contracts and look up the JV agreement for Hunt Oil Senegal if you want.
I sincerely hope you are right and AVZ can stop arbitration before it starts but it appears the company have had to answer the ICC so my take is they have not been able to nip it in the bud.
