my post doesn't raise the issue of stock bashing but seeks to correct u on ur assertion that the buyers of KAR stock last Friday were short sellers covering their positions. The stats clearly show that this could not have been the case.
On the other hand, I would be surprised if the shorters were not very active on Friday and may continue to be so until any positive news is announced by KAR.
