Can't totally discount that possibility but MGT appears to be moving roughly inline with other non profit making stocks. I think it's just general negative market sentiment.
it's not unusual for penny stocks to retrace 80 to 90%
XSO, XAO, XJO & XEC can and will probably continue to retrace so it's anyone's guess when and what level MGT will bottom out
