the board want a CR so that they can dilute the shareholding, especially that of AA so that he loses control over the company and the board can do what ever they want.....a CR of $150-300 m means diluting AA by 50% up to 75%........thats how much control he'll lose..............question is with $100 in cash does HUMM really need a CR or a share buy back ......u decide...IMO...dyor
