In WDL report last month it stated that Krosnos (Affter Lyon) is a no brainer. I really do not know why Karoon decided on this area 1st if they are very confident krosnos will prove the reserves. Maybe deliberate to up volatility a cynic might say. May be other very valid reasons though.
Importantly this is NOT the end of P2 IF IF the results are not conclusive.
I feel they still have been VERY vague.
Kontiki was like that which is a worry.
However, like many, with such good results to go ahead and test plus the montara sands - I feel we have reason to be hopeful it was merely a techincal hitch.
Tomorrow dangerous to go long or short IMHO. A lot of buying should occur after lunch.
