    PainChek provides the following information regarding this request a) the reason for the trading halt is that PainChek intends to make an announcement regarding a non-renounceable entitlement offer and placement (ASX Announcement);


    Can someone enlighten me to what a non renouncable entitlement offer and placement is or means?
