    A small article on page 25 of today's Fin Review..
    Basically suggesting that the stock is rising pending potential corporate activity from recent China related takeovers in the coal sector.
    I think it has a lot of do with the recent buy in from CSN, Rising coal prices, pending construction, potential for new deals etc as well. There is a lot going on and it points to a sustained re rating imo. [has been underway for the last month or so anyway]. Please dyor.
