ok guys from my understanding deferred settlement means
1. buyers of UNS- will settle and pay for shares T+3 = 1st feb + 3days
2. sellers of UNS- will settle and receive money T+3 = 1st feb + 3days
hope that helps guys.
stock should become available to buy today but with settlement 4th feb roughly just imagine what announcements could be out by then. I for one would not want to be out of this stock for so long. Could see alot of buying to expose themselveves to announcements without fronting up with money till 4th feb.
