This either smells of a capitol raise or some short sellers have had an absolute field day with selling this back down to this level. Either way it is very on the nose given that it has now been two weeks since the please explain letter and no real concrete news or an announcement to warrant the rise. Would be different if the volume had dropped off but it looks too ideal for someone to have had a good short. I would be very worried now if there is any stop losses fired at $0.018 those who have bought in over the last few days expecting a rise with the overall market are going to get burnt big time.
