Well zip in letter stated the acquisition is undertake and it will depends on the votes. Not sure how much % of vote they hold.
tbh the deal is good for zip (fast track profit since they are now saying they can cope with the bad debt issue)
but one thing I'm sure they are over paying szl. And this is probably also the reason why dragging both sp down.
