The director selling as I understand sold 1/25th of his holding and some posters said he holds in a SMSF (as I do also).
That's easy enough to prove because the notice he lodged must show what holding entity made the sale.

If it's a super fund, depending on his age and whether he's in accumulation or pension phase, he could be compelled to withdraw a minimum amount (for most people like me) around 4 % up to 6% every year.
That is Tax Law. Most people don't like it but it is what it is.
We get to cash out ALL profits tax free...so that's the good part.
