IMO:

The problem lies in the lack of disclosure of whatever arrangement has been made to back the asset of the tokenised gold for Archean Resources.

There is the same Executive Director and other relationships with management common to both CLZ and Archean Resources.

Archean Resources and CLZ must be transparent and state what the arrangement between them is for the tokenised gold to be asset based.
