I think its a tough call. There are two conflicting price-affecting events, 1. is a decision by 3M (or at least an indication of next step) by 1st February. 2. is the share application which closes on the 21st. Generally I would expect some share price weakness, however, the speculation around 3M may outweigh this. Tough on, so I'm just a holding on for dear life :-)
