If you actually had a decent size holding (ie top 10 holding) they are more than welcoming to take a phone call / zoom meeting. This includes both Stamler and Kempler.
PBT2 is not a focus.
ATH434 is.
The delays that we have all experienced is ensuring the 'right' candidates are found for phase 2 - which involves liaising with Neurologists and having patients on-referred (who have the 'very early signs' of MSA / Parkinson's Disease).
