We should simply offer Pfizer an issue purchase of 450 mill shares at 12 cents, a wonderful and generous 20% discount on their own view of the value, together with two seats on the Board.

They would own a third of the company and would gain much by promoting its interests.

We would have $54 million which should fund every activity we need or could think of in every area of our activities.

Instead of our shares being worth $1.116 for every 1% of the Covid test market we capture (see Taurean7’s valuation data) we would have to put up with them only going up 74 cents for every 1% of this market we captured.

Simple.

Isn’t it good that life is so simple.
