The correct amount of shares issued under the cleansing notices to date for the ATM facility = 790,150 Equivalent KZA shares. I incorrectly included the 1,855,357 shares issued to the Triaxle Debenture Note holders for the cleansing notice on 11 May 2022.
IMO, another 4,000,000 Equivalent KZA shares to be announced today or tomorrow in a cleansing notice for the ATM facility.
