For some reason we just never bought them before. With salad & lots & lots of tomatoes from the local farm. Just so delicious. It's even just as nice as a free range chook (?) baked and dissected. I suppose it's the crumbing that does it, but cooked in the air fryer gets rid of a lot of oil. Or us it the excuse to have a couple of glasses of wine that I really like. What the hell, you only live once.
