    I have.
But I am sitting on it.
I am with the economic "experts" discussions last night that the recession could last to "at least" end 2023.
I subscribe to that theory and possibly beyond and unfortunately, my, yours and everybody else' portfolio is going to swing wildly in "pockets" for some time to come.
Exacerbated by the fact we still have a band of economic drought ravaged brains on capital hill, the future does look bleak.
Having said that, buying opportunities will present themselves.
There are also "unknowns", a possible new war, a new worse virus or an escalation in the northern sectors current war could completely crash the markets at any given point in time.
I am not being negative here, merely a realist based on a plethora of downturn conditions and not many upside moves from govt or industry?
Cleared all my small debts last week and never intend to be in any debt again, and most certainly not to by shares, that is for sure.
Interesting two of the major banks are offering 2.25% on IBD's at present 12 - 18 months but rubbish rates on any terms up to 12 months?
They know something we don't - yet.

Sorry, not negative, just realistic and watchful. DYOR GLTA
