The CONTRACTOR is to fabricate engineering design the equipment in accordance with the ASME Boiler & P.V. VIII Code and other applicable standards, is property certified and meets contract requirements.

2. The Participant should be Piping Factories or representative companies which legality represent piping factories, having letter of authority for the subject service.
