Also adding to my comments - The final OK in respect to the implant would be patient/Doctor (obvious the latter most influence)- I would suspect 'salesmen/women' would be the last on the list of influence.
Plus there are more and more top cardios.... becoming aware of AVR's valve and I am sure they would not want to use an 'inferior' product, when aware of AVR's. My understanding most top cardios... attend the top seminars ----- and who has been presenting AVR's lately -guess ? - presented by top cardios.
So 'top' wins in my opinion.
