    wouldn't worry about this at all... just a local member saying the right things on behalf of his community to keep votes... i wonder if he tells his community that the land has actually been earmarked for the smelter industry?!

    i reckon with the griffin coal debarkle, a few locals might jump at the opportunity to obtain security of income and work in a brand new alumina smelter and refinery...
