I have been told by a friend that there is lot of unrest by tenants in my 'Special Room', especially from certain 3 'long term holders' who sold majority of their holdings long time ago, have a concerted cy about management only during times of SP pressure, but amazingly are still holding and AU Bull is holding miraculously holding over 1mil shares again...hahah...those comrades most probably hope none of the new punters know how to look up a posters history...it's all there 'black & white'...and they can be fooled into selling...564 appears to once again call for heads to roll, supported by AU and Wilma, who is selling his new 'conservative and level headed approach' hahah...but only singles out EGR management when the same theory coud be applied to 99% of speck stocks...I wont un-ignore them just to read what exactly they have been posting as I know their style for too long now but anyone unsure, read their previous posts AU and 564 mainly rampaging EGR, and Wilma active on multiple sites trying to warn holders on how bad their investment is...Using the Ignore Function is highly recommended.
I bet those 3 above have not mentioned that almost all stocks have suffered significant loses, worldwide, but what has actually changed for EGR?
* 1-2 months delay due to authorities requesting further info, hardly devastating news as this is not uncommon, especially for a project with no prior
example in Aus.
* EGR has all the $$ it needs for stage one.
* If prices will increase for stage two, guess what, that will mean sell prices will also increase. However it is very, very unlikely that stage two will proceed without a mayor partner coming onboard, which will take car of any potential $ shortfall -- keeping in mind the all important likely timeline towards the inevitable supply crunch...2024-25
* Russian Invasion, this is the main factor for the worldwide panic and still the main risk for me, however, thankfully the west has woken up and this will now accelerate the switch to renewables of which EV' but even more importantly Stationary Storage Batteries will be a significant consumer of Graphite...the decisive move by the West was also very important when it comes to China and what it's next move would have been if the West would have acted like it did during Russia's past invasions...now China will have to be very careful or it will risk accelerating it's implosion...out of everyone, China is reliant the most on a strong global economy therefore I am now optimistic and decided to hold.

EGR remains the standout and most advanced player in this sector and is weeks away from commencing construction processes for EcoGraf Plat #1 -- fully funded...and available to buy with a MC ~$100mil...imagine how much instos would pay for such an advanced / funded project which will supply into a very strong growth sector -- by next year -- they were very happy to pay 0.60c for a far less de-risked project over 1 year ago
EGR is not Crypto punt...or a next drill results punt...all the hard work is already done.
