A MAC clause wouldn't be uncommon - not completing on these terms would put their first facility at risk though potentially?
Taurus funding and return case wouldn't be based on these sustained high prices.... operating cost variability probably more important than a few extra $$ on royalty to meet early debt repayment hurdles.
