We still have to provide the documents. If we had done it 3 months ago I believe we would be hearing about now that SDL had decided to drop their lawsuit. Now it will be some time in the future. I don't doubt that it will come to nothing but the sooner this possible threat is put to bed the better, so that we can concentrate on more pressing issues.

I agree with what you are saying! It will be good to put this behind us and like you said focus on more important items.
