not sure what you mean by outflows. they'll just have their regular operating costs. if a trust is set up for x years I don't see it winding up sooner - even if it could who would want to force a sale in this climate.
I'd suspect back of the envelope numbers would suggest (not including the legal settlement as that's not recurring) that they need to get towards $400m in FUM to break even.
not impossible with the right leaders. not easy though.
