but i cannot ignore that there is now no party stepping up for the 125 million usd investment yet and if i have this right it's now the Korean consortium responsibility to find that investor
you say it's tightly held but don't hedge funds own 10% of asm shares? the same hedge funds that lend out their shares to shorters for a few? what's the share registery at? about 150 million shares yeah? so 15 million shares in the hands of hedge funds.

since august 2020 where 1% shorted we have seen a 5 fold increase in short position to just under 5% now shorted
