Nothing is certain. A lot of people walk into car yards and kick tyres and then leave. A real economic catastrophe can come out of left or right field and scare the bejeezes out of everybody at anytime. The odds look promising, for now, but all might prove to be very different in time. Only when the money is in your pocket is it time for certainty. A wise investor holds their ebullience under control.
