Notifying the market after 3 days is a good sign and shows integrity. I still want to know how 57m shares (at 70c) were aquired by CS on the 17th. I can't see how this is possible unless they bought from another major holder. The major holders have 5 days to notify the market if they have reduced their holding, but ASIC will probably be asleep at the wheel as usual. @w1londongroup your waters telling you anything as to who is selling out?
