Now the question is "what impact has the proposed insolvency changes have to the company's earnings guidance?"
I expect a statement to be released from IMF however ATM the changes seem to be aimed at the smaller end of town.
The market will always overreact but some clarity needed before diving back in IMO.
I do empathise with current holders however this news has been muted lately and still trying to get update on short sales %.
As of 15/01/2010 there are zero on ASX.
