Would he not want to wait till SP gets to a more attractive price before selling knowing that the buy back is readily waiting? If he can sell 2x M for $2.x in a couple weeks (for example, and hopefully!), assuming he might wait. The fact the investor presentation occurred on Wed might have led to a few interested new comers jumping onboard.
