Insitu supposedly need to compensate OEC for the costs incurred by OEC in connection with the third engine, following Insitu's unilateral cancellation of the third engine program. I suspect the dispute relates to the amount of compensation payable. It does not sound like a matter that needs to go to court at this point in time. Nonetheless, it is never great to have a commercial dispute with a major customer.
