Until there is "new news" this will continue to move side ways and will drift lower the longer the wait.
Your choice is do you park you dollars here with a view that when this takes off it will explode upwards rapidly or do you put them somewhere where they will increase in value until something postive happens and maybe miss the big move.
Saying that it may only move a little on each piece of new news , that being the case is it worth staying in the short term?
