This i what I've always hated about trading halts - more time for the masses to come up with theories about what the company might or might not do. With regards to the cap raise value - throw a dart at the dart board. It as valid as all your guesses.
For all our sakes, release the cap raising details , take off the halt, and lets get on with it.
