If you provide ASIC and ASX with enough valid evidence that they can follow easily would be best.

You wouldn't expect them to do their own research they would use any facts provided and see if there's a breach and maybe ask for additional information from the person that reported and also from CLZ.

The process would usually take a few weeks to a month or so if they have resources available.
