Those ideal humidity levels you posted above will only be possible with an indoor setup. Too many variables with outdoor.....humidity would bounce up and down depending on rain, etc. Too high humidity will encourage mould (bud rot). An extended period of rain during peak harvest can destroy a crop. Victoria is great....Yes....But so is Tassie !!!
Soooo......you can forget the perfect, ideal outdoor setup. Some areas in the world are just better that others. Thailand for example isn't ideal, but I can guarantee they could produce some killer grows there!!
