Again with respect Cortina.........The thing with AVX I AM skeptical about is their management.

My original point is I don't believe the board has been in blackout for the entire term of Drona's directorship.

AVX is on my radar, but I am of the view that it is management that is more important to the success of a company than any other factor.

I hope AVX is successful despite "zig and zag"
