Exactly what is your hands-on experience?
The definition of suitable for medicinal purposes would be however ECS defines it, no? Remember that time when they had a bunch of product that didn't make their quality control standards and they binned it? Do you think that it was still suitable just because someone like me couldn't tell the difference?
