The environmental issue of waste rocks raised by the author isn't a concern whatsoever, as MJ mentioned in the Samso interview, every municipality in Greenland signed off saying they don't have a problem with it so IBG can move to the next step. It's normal waste rock, not radioactive stuff after all.

As for securing the equity to unlock the EXIM financing, it's hard to say how that'll go. They need to secure funds to build the infrastructure (accommodation, port, airport, roads, power plant), so MJ or AD hopefully will pitch to GoG to get them onboard and invest. For the equity partner, it's great that LNS is interested, but it's yet to be determined if they or other potential partners want to stump up the equity now of all times, and even if they do proceed with the investment, I wouldn't be surprised if they ask for a significant % of the mine ownership.

It'll be a tough 3-4 months ahead for MJ and his team, but if he can pull this off and we can actually start building the mine next year, I will bow down to him and treat him as a god. tongue.png
