The Company and Mr Ding are entitled to be reimbursed by Sundance for their reasonable
legal costs incurred in defending the Pre-Action Discovery Application, and their reasonable
legal costs of complying with the pre-action discovery orders

Not about winning nothing just SDL pathetic constant asking for INFO which was produced by ANS ro DING
Now that info seems to me had no merits to SDL court case with the AFRICIAN govts...?
Mainly in regards to this F S that couldn't have been done by ANS in the said time period
Yet i gather has been sorted to a satisfactory level so no need for ANS to proceed any further
This matter as stated many times on this forum IS JUST A SIMPLE COURT MATTER FOR INFO
Just MR G and SDL drawing straws for certain info which has no merits for them
