What r u talking about.......is this some other company...............HUM i(HCF) s a profit making entity and has a bigger run book and more profits than LFS in the same sector, I believe and las week HUM delivered a statement that they have $132m in cash, so no need for a CR by them ......TO would have come with $132m CA$H.........there was no need for a CR by HUM......
LFS should have increased the offer, they would have got 132m cash and a place in the ASX200 index........what a missed opportunity.........given the above, i say that perhaps LFS would like to come back with a better offer.....and the AFR article sad the same last week......DYOR
