Why accept a lower offer when u make money...the deal was worth appox 250m with 132m cash in hand......u want to give away a company which is worth 450m at 118m......AA did a good job by buying in more shares....takes courage and effort to raise capital to protect u r own assets......
Plus the investors (small mum & dad) had spoken in early votes...78% NO in 50% voting......dont knned further evidence that Smart mum n dad investors dont like loosing money.
