Good Morning Blitz.
No doubt you think the SBLC is a very simple requirement for WKT to obtain. I am wondering why does WKT remain suspended from the ASX?
I cannot think of any other reason why WKT would need to remain suspended if everything was progressing as expected, we all know WKT was trading for 14 months prior to the first SBLC being submitted to the Tanzania bank,
Do you think it plausible WKT's management understands the SBLC is going to be difficult to obtain and the second version may also be rejected by the Tanzania Bank?
I think you are also clutching at straws by your suggestion work continues at Lindi, the weekly wage for these people is insignificant, I believe it will only cost WKT approximately $27k to pay the 150 workers for the forecast 2 months of suspension. And if WKT cash balance was robust as you claim, WKT wouldn't need to suspend the shipment from China and Australia putting the project at least 3 months behind schedule.
