^ Yes however the key factor to a shareholders % stake is not that capital is/was raised it's how it is raised I think you will find that consolidation was done after the shares on issued ballooned due to the issue of more shares outside the existing shareholder base It staggers me to this day how many investors (not you, clearly) but many do not understand the long term effects on shareholder prospects - particularly small caps - of the ongoing allowance of small caps to use CR rule 7.1 on a recurring basis This outfit was never a venture capital play but was basically launched at an equivalent stage, yet existing holders did not have the benefit of voting to keep their original stake at the same % amount of the company, each time capital was raised.
