How could they possibly capital raise at a premium in the current market? it will certainly be at a discount either .002 or .0015 and probably have to include options.. with the soi now in the multiple billions about to be heavily diluted again unfortunately you could pretty much right this project off at this stage.. it's a real shame..
I see this stock in this scenario very shortly
