I'm just disappointed that the milestone payments weren't linked to the P2 published results, but I will tolerate the first dosing in China.....if that is what occurs.

But why should we have to guess? Why is it "commercial in confidence " and can't be disclosed? What would they gain/lose by not disclosing the timing of when the milestone payments would be made? (even if they don't annoy the amounts for each payment, although I'd love that disclosed as well).

Not disclosing definitely doesn't seem to have been of any benefit as many assume the worst that they are struggling with funding and the SP keeps tanking as a result.
