When someone whites a critical post on management I always check their profile to see if they themselves have any credibility regarding their opinion, and if I should take the slightest bit of notice about what they say.
It never fails to amaze me that they never fill out any details that could give me the slightest clue as to whether they have the faintest idea regarding what they are talking about.
They want only to criticize from behind a sense of anonymity and thereby leave me with a sense that they are talking through their hat.
