My opinion is, no, this isn't the bottom but it's close.
lithium stocks are oversold
banks closer to the bottom than any other sector
miners (iron ore) have a further to drop (much depends on PRC demand) in my opinion, but upcoming whopping divs will keep them bouyed for now. I'll probably buy the dip after the ex div dates (fmg, bhp, rio) although i do currently hold all 3
we should all have bought/buying at these levels, with some $$ on the side just in case
