    I concur with you. Based on my limited trading experience with penny stocks, this sort of announcements are usually not going to push SP by a lot. It's all already priced in. In fact, if the result is worse than what's been priced in, it could put some downward pressure on the SP's price.

    You can call me a downramper but that's just my experience so far.
